All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. 2 Timothy 3:16 New Life Version (NLT)
This blog is my way to share words inspired by God and trains us to be righteous.

God has done something amazing. He has forgiven us for not doing what is pleasing to him. Not only has he forgiven us, but he has given us the ability to forgive each other. Nobody is perfect and people make mistakes.
Mark 11:25 (NIV) And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”
Sometimes people will continuely make mistakes, but God still calls us to forgive them if they say they are sorry.
Matthew 18:21-22 (NIV)21 Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?” Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.
Even if they are not sorry we still need to forgive them. Forgiveness is not just for the other person, but it is for ourselves as well. When you don't forgive someone and hold on to their mistakes and wrong doing, anger and bitterness will fester and turn your heart to evil. Let it go! Be kind even if you think they don't deserve it because God first forgave you even when you didn't deserve it.
Ephesians 4:31-32 ESV Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
Take a look at Matthew West video that inspired the song "Forgiveness". Watch it and see if you can be as brave as this mother who could find forgiveness for someone who hurt her.
What labels do you put on yourself? These are labels the world gives you and the devil whispers in your ear. Jesus, has a different label for you. You are valuable and worth dying for. Do not listen to the lies. You are a child of God, and he laid his life down for you. He did this so you may have forgiveness, grace, mercy, love and a personal relationship. Put this name tag on, and don't trade it for any of the others.
Do you remember John 4? Jesus asked a Samaritan woman for a drink at the well. She questioned him and why Jesus would even talk to her. Jesus said " If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water" (John 4:10). What is Jesus trying to say here? Let's look at this. If you knew the gift of God and who it is that ask you for a drink : What gifts do we receive from God? Love, mercy, grace, all our needs met, miracles, the list goes on and on. Jesus is also a gift from God. We are all brothers and sisters with the same inheritance as Jesus. Therefore, we are also gifts from God. This signifies that Jesus is equal to this lady. He doesn't perceive Himself better than her, which is how she perceives Him. Then the lady goes on to question Jesus again about what He has to put in the well and tells Him the well is deep. It h...
This is interesting. Im saved by Gods mercy & not by my good deeds. That doesnt mean I should stop doing good. It says earlier in the chapter that "we were" foolish & sinful. Now that we know of his grace & mercy its time to stop those things. I do good because that please god. Its not to earn my salvation or entrance into heaven. I do it because he's my dad & I want him to be proud of me.
